For a limited time, to help prove the switch is worth it, new stylists will be guaranteed a wage of $23 an hour (wages + credit card tips) for the first 6 months of employment. 88% of our non-management team earn over $23 an hour in wage and credit card tips! Add cash tips to this and our stylists earn between $26-$35/hr.
